# Stat Cards

> The four key metric cards at the top of your Dashboard.

## Overview

Four stat cards sit at the top of the Dashboard. They update in real time and respond to whatever date range you have selected.

## The Cards

| Card                | What it shows                                                              |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pending Sales**   | Units you've logged as sold but haven't yet marked as shipped or completed |
| **Cancelled Sales** | Sales that were cancelled in the selected period                           |
| **Total Revenue**   | Total sale price of all completed sales in the period                      |
| **Total Profit**    | Revenue minus the cost of goods for all sales in the period                |

## The Change Badge

Each card shows a percentage badge comparing the current period to the equivalent previous period. For example, if you're viewing MTD (May 1–27), it compares against April 1–27.

* **Green arrow up** — metric improved vs. the previous period
* **Red arrow down** — metric declined vs. the previous period
* **All Time** — shown when no date filter is active; no comparison is made

  Profit on the stat cards reflects gross profit — revenue minus cost of goods. Expenses are factored in on the Performance page for net profit.

## Tips

<Tip>
  Use YTD to see your full-year numbers, then switch to MTD to understand how this month is performing compared to last month.
