Before You Begin

Make sure you have a Selly account. If you don’t have one yet, sign up at sellysoftware.com.

Step 1 — Add Your First Item

Go to Inventory

Click Inventory in the left sidebar.

Click Add Item

Hit the blue Add Item button in the top right corner.

Fill in the details

Enter the item name, brand, and the date you acquired it. Add the cost you paid — this is used to calculate your profit.

Add units

Select the size and enter the quantity. Add more sizes if needed.

Save

Click Save. Your item appears in the inventory table with a status of Unlisted.

Step 2 — List the Item for Sale

Click the item row

In the inventory table, click the item you just added to open the detail panel on the right.

Update the status

Change the status from Unlisted to Listed.

Set your price

Enter the price you’re asking for the item.
Your item now appears on your Storefront automatically.

Step 3 — Record a Sale

Go to Dashboard

Click Dashboard in the left sidebar.

Click Add Sale

Hit the Add Sale button in the top right.

Fill in sale details

Select the item, enter the sale price, platform (StockX, GOAT, eBay, etc.), and the date of the sale.

Save

Click Save. The sale is logged, the unit is marked Sold, and your profit is updated.
