General

Selly is inventory and sales management software built for resellers. It helps you track what you own, what you’ve sold, what your costs are, and what your actual profit is — all in one place.
Yes. Your inventory, sales, and expense data are only visible to you. Your Storefront is visible to anyone with your link, but it only shows item names, images, sizes, and prices — never your costs or internal notes.
Yes. Selly works for any physical goods resale — sneakers, streetwear, electronics, trading cards, vintage clothing, and more. The platform is product-category agnostic.

Inventory

An item is the product (e.g. “Nike Dunk Low Panda”). A unit is a specific size of that item (e.g. size 10). One item can have multiple units in different sizes, each tracked independently.
Yes. When adding an item, use the Add Size button to add as many size rows as you need. Each size becomes its own unit tracked separately.
Deleting an item permanently removes it and all its units. Any associated sale records are also removed. This action cannot be undone — make sure you’ve recorded any sales before deleting.
Only items with Listed status appear on the Storefront. Check that the unit is set to Listed (not Unlisted or Sold) and that a listed price has been entered.

Sales & Dashboard

Only Listed units appear in the sale item search. If you can’t find the item, go to Inventory, open the item’s detail panel, and make sure its status is set to Listed.
The unit’s status automatically changes from Listed to Sold. It’s removed from your Storefront and its cost flows into your profit calculation.
Yes. Click any row in the sales table on the Dashboard to open the detail panel and update any field.
Pending means the sale has been recorded in Selly but the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Update the status to Shipped or Completed as the fulfillment progresses.

Performance & Expenses

Gross profit is revenue minus cost of goods (what you paid for items). Net profit subtracts your logged expenses on top of that — fees, shipping supplies, storage, tools, etc. Net profit is your real bottom line.
The most common reasons: (1) you haven’t logged expenses yet, so net profit equals gross profit; (2) the cost field on some items is blank or wrong; or (3) the date filter is set to a range that excludes some sales.
No, but your net profit won’t be accurate without them. If you skip expenses, Selly shows gross profit everywhere — which will look better than your real profit.

Storefront

There’s no on/off toggle, but you can effectively take it offline by setting all Listed items to Unlisted. The page will show as empty until you relist.
The default URL contains a random slug. Contact Selly support to request a custom slug.
No. The Storefront is a display page — it shows buyers what you have and at what price. Transactions happen off-platform through your usual channels (DM, marketplace listing, etc.).
