The Recent Sales Table
The sales table on the Dashboard shows all your logged sales, sorted by date (newest first). Each row includes:
| Column | Description |
|---|
| Item | Item name and thumbnail |
| Size | The variant or size of the unit sold |
| Platform | Where it sold |
| Sale Price | What the buyer paid |
| Profit | Sale price minus cost of goods (and fees if entered) |
| Date | When the sale was logged |
| Status | Current status of the sale |
Filtering the Table
Use the date range picker in the top right to filter the sales table by period. The table updates instantly to show only sales within the selected range.
Editing a Sale
Click any row in the table to open the sale detail panel. From there you can update:
- Sale price
- Platform
- Sale date
- Fees
- Status
Changes save automatically when you close the panel or navigate away.
Deleting a Sale
Open the sale detail panel by clicking its row, then use the action menu (three dots) to delete the sale.
Deleting a sale is permanent and cannot be undone. The unit will return to Listed status in Inventory when a sale is deleted.
Tracking Your Sales Table
The sales table shows up to the most recent entries for the selected date range. If you’re looking for an older sale, expand the date range or use a custom range that includes that period.
