Adding a tracking number
Open a purchase and enter the number in the tracking field. Orders that arrive from your inbox usually bring theirs with them. Selly works out the carrier from the number’s format, so you don’t pick one.How often it checks
Every three hours. A package delivered at 9am might show as delivered at 11am — that’s normal, not a fault. When tracking doesn’t move
The number isn't a carrier tracking number

Some retailers put their own order reference in the tracking field — Target’s C-codes, for instance. Those aren’t trackable by any carrier, so Selly leaves them alone rather than checking forever. Mark the purchase delivered yourself when it arrives.
The carrier has nothing yet

A number is often issued when the label is printed, hours or days before the parcel is scanned. Until the first scan there’s nothing to report.
It arrived but still says Shipped
It arrived but still says Shipped
Some carriers are slow to post the final scan, and a few never do. Open the purchase and mark it Delivered — that creates the inventory exactly as an automatic delivery would.
Marking a purchase delivered by hand does the same thing as tracking doing it for you. You’re never stuck waiting on a carrier to get your stock into Selly.
