What is the Top Products Section?
The Top Products section ranks your inventory items by revenue for the selected date range. It shows you at a glance which items are your best sellers and biggest profit drivers.
What’s Shown
For each product in the list you can see:
| Column | Description |
|---|
| Item | The item name and image |
| Units Sold | How many units of this item sold in the period |
| Revenue | Total revenue from this item in the period |
| Profit | Total gross profit from this item in the period |
| Margin | Gross margin percentage for this item |
How Products are Ranked
Products are ranked by revenue by default — the item that generated the most total sale price sits at the top. The list updates instantly when you change the date filter.
How to Use This Data
Find your best sellers: The items at the top are what’s driving your business. Prioritize restocking these when you’re sourcing.
Find your highest-margin items: Sort or look for items where profit is high relative to revenue. These are your most efficient flips.
Spot underperformers: Items that appear low on the list (or not at all for a given period) might be sitting unsold, priced wrong, or not worth restocking.
Compare top products across different date ranges to find seasonal patterns. Some items sell better in certain months — knowing this helps you buy at the right time.
Items Not Appearing
If an item isn’t showing in the Top Products list for a given period, it means no units of that item were sold in that date range. Change the date range to a period when you know it sold.
