How to Add an Item
Enter the item name
Type the name of the item — be specific enough that you can identify it later (e.g. “Nike Air Force 1 White” rather than just “Shoes”).
Add the brand
Enter the brand name. This helps with filtering and organization as your catalog grows.
Enter the cost
Add what you paid to acquire the item. This is your cost of goods and is used to calculate profit when the item sells.
Set the acquisition date
Enter the date you got the item. This is used for date filtering and aging your inventory.
Add units by size
For each size you have, select the size and enter the quantity. You can add multiple size rows for a single item — for example, one row for size 10 (qty 1) and another for size 11 (qty 2).
Adding Multiple Sizes
If you bought the same item in multiple sizes, you don’t need to create separate items. Use the Add Size button within the Add Item form to add as many size rows as you need. Each size becomes its own unit (or set of units) tracked independently. Example: You bought 2x Nike Dunk Low White in size 10, 1x in size 10.5, and 3x in size 11. You’d add one item with three size rows.Tips for Naming Items
